Lead Dental Assistant

Tiffany has been an integral part of Dr. Chokshi’s team since 2016. Often described as the heart and soul of the practice, she has had the pleasure of working with nearly every patient over the years. Her strong relationships with patients and her dedication to the office are unmatched. Outside of work, Tiffany is a devoted mother of four, with children ranging in age from 2 to 17. She brings the same passion and energy to her home life as she does to her role at the office.

Fatima

Dental Assistant

Fatima has been with the practice for over a decade, originally working with Dr. Sandoval and continuing on with Dr. Chokshi after the transition of ownership. Her calm demeanor and years of experience make her a valued member of the clinical team. Fatima enjoys spending quality time with her husband and beautiful daughter and is actively involved in her church community.

Bhavin

Dental Hygienist

Bhavin joined Dr. Chokshi’s office in 2022 as a dental hygienist. Prior to moving to the United States, he practiced as a dentist in India and successfully ran his private clinic for nearly 30 years. He brings a wealth of experience, a gentle touch, and a deep passion for patient care. Patients appreciate his calm, reassuring manner and clinical excellence. Bhavin lives with his wife and three children and aspires to become a dentist in the future.

Paige

Office Manager

Paige became part of Dr. Chokshi’s team in 2024 and is likely the first voice you’ll hear when calling the office. With over eight years of experience in the dental field, she manages the front office with professionalism and warmth. Originally from New Jersey, Paige relocated to Florida in 2024. She enjoys spending time with her 7-year-old and taking trips to Disney whenever she can.

Jonathan

Dental Assistant

Jonathan joined the team in 2025 and brings over seven years of experience as a dental assistant. Known for his compassionate care and friendly personality, he helps patients feel comfortable and valued during their visits. He is bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the team. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys working out and reading.
